1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to isama, an online betting platform operated exclusively for Malaysian players. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the isama website, accessible at isama.app as well as all services, content, and features available within it.

By registering a new account, logging into an existing account, or simply browsing the isama platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to discontinue use of the isama platform.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy isama, all of which form part of your overall agreement with isama.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the isama platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Never previously banned or suspended by isama for a breach of terms.

Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) isama account only. Owning more than one account, whether directly or indirectly, is a serious breach of these Terms. isama reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts detected and forfeit any winnings generated through those accounts.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. isama will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

• Never share your password with anyone.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account protection.
• Contact isama support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Isama does not permit the transfer, sale, or assignment of any account to another party. An isama account is personal property and may not be traded in any form.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Isama supports a range of local Malaysia payment methods for our members' convenience, including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly once the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment provider.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the isama deposit page.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Isama does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Any suspicious deposits will be investigated and may be frozen until the investigation is complete.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the isama withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your isama account.
• Isama reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Any withdrawals obtained through fraudulent means, unauthorised bonus usage, or activities that violate the terms will be voided.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Isama offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each respective promotion.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any wins derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The value, validity period, and wagering requirements for each promotion vary and are clearly stated in their respective promotion terms.
• Isama reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, use of multiple accounts, or promotion abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless all wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Isama reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Users found exploiting the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses, will be permanently banned from the isama platform.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the isama platform are final once confirmed by our system. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet before confirming it.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except under specific circumstances, such as match cancellation.
• Isama reserves the right to void bets placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• Any attempt to exploit delays in odds updates or results is prohibited and the relevant bets will be voided.
• Bets placed on matches that have already started (for pre-match betting) will be voided if detected by the system.
• In the event of a dispute regarding betting outcomes, isama's decision is final.

7 User Conduct

Isama users are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and responsibility at all times on our platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the isama platform.
• Attempting to hack, breach or interfere with isama's security systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the isama platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Spreading offensive, threatening, or harassing content targeting other users.
• Disclosing another user's personal information without their consent.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and wins, and potential legal action.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the isama platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of isama or its content providers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the isama platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are not permitted to:

• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, or selling any part of the isama platform.
• Using isama logos or branding without prior written permission.
• Creating derivative works from isama content without prior authorization.

9 Liability Limits

The isama platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation at all times, isama does not guarantee that our services will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or delays.

Isama shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Platform disruption or unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Errors or omissions in platform content.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Any technical issues beyond isama's control, such as internet disruptions or user device failure.

In all circumstances, isama's maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the dispute.

10 Account Termination

Isama reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account at any time and for any reasonable cause, including:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Inability to verify a user's identity during the KYC process.
• Requests from competent authorities.

You may also close your isama account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, ensure that all active bets have been settled and all eligible balances have been withdrawn.

11 Privacy Policy

Use of the isama platform is also subject to Privacy Policy us, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement.
